Sarah and Mike are the finest buyers agents we have come across in Sydney. From the very outset they established themselves as our trusted advisors for our property search. Their insights were invaluable and they truly balances their advice across the financial considerations (capital growth, improvement upside etc) with the more immeasurable considerations (proximity to schools, local amenities etc). For our entire search we never felt pressured or out of control of the process - Sarah and Mike were with us 100% of the way. And when it came down to deal execution once we had found our ideal property, both Sarah and Mike leaped into action to help us to complete all due diligence needed and secure the property within our target budget. We had an amazing experience working with Sarah as our buyer’s agent. On the Northern Beaches, I don’t think we would’ve had a chance without her. Around 70% of the properties we saw came through her network. What stood out was that we never felt pushed into anything.
